Laura Smith LMP. Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Certified Hypnotherapist

Laura has been practicing massage for nearly 20 years. She became certified as an Ayurvedic Practitoner in 2005 after studying in Seattle and Karnataka, India. She was Assistant Director for Bellingham's Ayurvedic Health Center for 8 years. There she mastered the traditional Ayurvedic body therapies that support her clients at the deepest level.

Laura also completed a year-long training in hypnotherapy in order to address the various layers of thought and belief that contribute to either health.. She believes bodywork provides a direct access to these subconscious levels of consciousness. Body and mind combine to create our experience. Let's make yours a good one. Her aspiration is to be a healing presence for deep transformation.

In 2013 she completed training in Somassage (TM), a fascial massage that addresses structural integrity of the connective tissue.
